Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Express Shipping: For express shipping (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air), orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Please note that express shipping services do not deliver on weekends, only on business days.

Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the items ordered and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country. You have the option to pay duties and taxes at time of purchase or upon delivery of your package.
Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase. Please note that if you choose to refuse the customs payment, PARENTEZI is not responsible for return-to-sender packages.
