Returns + Exchanges

Customers within the United States
Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for return shipping; the $12 cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund.

How soon will I get my refund?
We aim to please quickly. Once your return items are received by PARENTEZI, a refund is typically issued in about 10 business days.

What items are returnable / exchangeable?
We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment (with the exception of styles that are only eligible for store credit), or an exchange for a different size or color, within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes, including photoshoots. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Parentezi reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
Any items purchased on sale or from the Archive Sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON PROMOTIONS ARE FINAL SALE.

International returns
International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, at the customer's expense, including shipping, duties, and any associated fees. Start your return here.

Damaged, lost or stolen packages
You can start a claim here. If you opted into Checkout+, your order is covered by package protection: if it's lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage. If you opted out of Checkout+, your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues. Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
