How soon will I get my refund?

We aim to please quickly. Once your return items are received by PARENTEZI, a refund is typically issued in about 10 business days.

What items are returnable / exchangeable?

We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment with the exception of styles that are only eligible for store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.parentezi.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

  • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
  • We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes, including photoshoots.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Parentezi reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization.
  • Any items purchased on sale or from the Archive Sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASE ON PROMOTTIONS ARE FINAL SALE. 
  • All customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Parentezi is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
  • There is a $12 fee for returns
